Public Relations and Clinic Cats

Responsibilities: greeting clients and patients, and giving and receiving love.
Hobbies: sleeping 23 hours/day and finding boxes to check out.
Vices: scratching chairs and ripping open pet food bags!

Rufus is an 12 year old, male neutered Domestic Longhair cat.  He previously belonged to a staff member's relative.  He was adopted into our clinic family in 2011.  He is very social and curious.  His vice is ripping into pet food bags for a middle of the night snack!

Icy is a 13 year old, spayed female Siamese mix cat.  She was a stray kitten that was dropped off at our clinic, and since no one claimed her at the Calgary Humane Society, we adopted her back to be part of our family.  She loves pets on the head, but could care less about getting a pedicure (nail trim)!
