We are Always Accepting New Clients!  Please feel free to contact us if you need an appointment.  New clients are always welcome! 

You can either: 

Prior to your appointment with us, please fill out our new client/patient registration form.  After completing the form. you can either:

  • click the "Submit Form" at the end and it will email it to us;
  • print and bring the form to your appointment;
  • fax the form to 403-246-5725; or
  • email the form to [email protected]

** Please note: 
  • We require confirmation for all of our appointments, and this confirmation must be received at our clinic by 8am the day of your appointment.  If we have not received confirmation of your appointment by that time, we will cancel your appointment and provide the appointment slot to another patient that needs it. 
  • In addition, if you confirm your appointment and do not show up for it, you will be charged an $92 No-Show Fee.

We appreciate your understanding with the above policies so that we can ensure that there are no wasted appointment slots, especially if a patient is in urgent need of an appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can meet you and get you and your pet's information entered into our system.
