Client Care Specialist/Reception

Born and raised in Calgary, Carla spent her summers as a child in Ontario at her family's fishing camp on the beautiful Lake of the Woods.  It was there that she captured her deep-seated love for animals and nature.  Carla brings over 20 years of veterinary client/patient care and administrative knowledge to our team.  Carla believes that education is the key that allows our clients to make the best possible decisions about their pets medical care.  With her friendly and cheerful disposition, Carla will always great you with a smile and strive to make both you and your pet feel welcome and as at home as possible during your visits. 

​When she is not giving treats, scratches and kisses to our patients, Carla loves spending time with her two children and her cat, Foster.  She relishes in the sunshine and adores spending as much time as possible outdoors.  Camping, hiking, fishing, boating, walks by the river and reading are some of the activities that Carla appreciates during her free time.
